Housing access gaps exist in many places. HUD-VASH vouchers exist, but:
• Not all veterans qualify for traditional housing
• Many struggle to find landlords willing to accept them
Emergency shelters often:
• Are often full
• Are short-term
• Are not appropriate for older or working veterans

Who We Help
Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC serves veterans who are able to live safely and independently in a shared residential setting. We accept veterans who meet the following criteria: • Mobile and able to live independently • Able to manage daily ambulation and personal care • Maintain a stable source of income (most of our veterans are 65+ and receive SSI benefits) • Willing to follow established house guidelines • May have mild mental health needs compatible with independent living
Who We Do Not Accept
We are not able to help individuals who require a higher level of care or supervision than our housing model provides. This includes individuals who: • Require medical or clinical care • Need intensive supervision or behavioral support • Require skilled nursing or assisted living services • Are registered sex offenders • Have a history of violent criminal behavior Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC provides housing only and does not offer medical, clinical, or treatment services.
