Shekiera Mitchell, Owner & CEO

Shekiera Mitchell is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Point Housing Solutions. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, experienced property manager, and real estate investor dedicated to creating safe, stable, and affordable housing solutions for veterans and individuals seeking a fresh start.

With experience in residential real estate, property management, and housing operations, Shekiera combines industry knowledge with a hands-on approach to developing well-managed shared and private room housing that promotes independence, dignity, and long-term stability.

Her passion for serving veterans is deeply personal. As the daughter and caregiver of her disabled U.S. veteran father, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges many veterans face in securing stable housing, navigating healthcare, and maintaining independence. Those experiences have shaped the mission behind Anchor Point Housing Solutions and continue to inspire her commitment to serving those who have served our country.

Under her leadership, Anchor Point Housing Solutions partners with healthcare providers, veteran organizations, case managers, and community agencies to provide professionally managed housing that goes beyond a place to stay. The goal is to create a supportive environment where residents can rebuild, connect with resources, and confidently transition toward independent living.
