Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC provides clean, affordable shared housing for veterans and other adults seeking a stable, respectful place to live. Through our shared-living model, we support residents who can live independently and are ready to maintain a safe, peaceful home environment.

Supporting Veterans Experiencing Housing Insecurity
The Need
Over 45% of homeless veterans are age 55 or older
Many are retired, disabled, or living on fixed incomes.
A growing share are 65+, driven by:
• Rising rents
• Fixed VA and Social Security income
• Medical and mobility issues
Housing access gaps exist in many places. HUD-VASH vouchers exist, but:
• Not all veterans qualify for traditional housing
• Many struggle to find landlords willing to accept them
Emergency shelters often:
• Are often full
• Are short-term
• Are not appropriate for older or working veterans
While our mission began with serving veterans, we have expanded our housing opportunities to assist other adults facing housing instability as well.

Many of the veterans we serve experience housing insecurity not because they lack income or responsibility, but because they fall through the cracks of today’s housing system. Rising rents, limited affordable housing, and fixed or modest incomes make traditional rentals unattainable for many veterans.
These individuals may not qualify for emergency housing or subsidized programs, yet still cannot sustain market-rate housing alone. Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC exists to bridge this gap by offering a stable, shared housing option that supports affordability, structure, and dignity.

Who We Serve
Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC serves veterans and other adults who need affordable housing and are able to live safely and independently in a shared residential setting. We welcome housing inquiries from: Veterans Adults age 45+ Seniors Individuals receiving SSI or SSDI Individuals receiving VA benefits, retirement income, or other verifiable income Working adults Individuals transitioning from homelessness Domestic violence survivors Individuals rebuilding after incarceration (non-violent) Sober individuals seeking stability Residents should be able to: Live independently Manage personal care Move safely throughout the home Provide proof of stable income Follow house guidelines Live respectfully in shared housing Not sure if you're a good fit? Who We Cannot Help
We are not able to help individuals who require a higher level of care or supervision than our housing model provides. This includes individuals who: • Require medical or clinical care • Need intensive supervision or behavioral support • Require skilled nursing or assisted living services • Are registered sex offenders • Have a history of violent criminal behavior Anchor Point Housing Solutions LLC provides housing only and does not offer medical, clinical, or treatment services. Individuals must be appropriate for an independent shared-living environment at the time of admission.
